Balr is a national private basketball training company rapidly expanding across the United States. We’re looking for experienced private basketball trainers to conduct lessons for players of all ages. As a coach, you will travel to local parks, courts, or clients’ homes in your area, with the freedom to set your own schedule and enjoy prompt payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

• Conduct private (1‑on‑1) and small group basketball lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly and manage a travel radius that fits your preferences.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet their needs.
• Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure the safety of students at all times.
• Maintain communication with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding progress.

• Set your own work schedule.
• Travel to clients’ locations within your preferred area.
• Choose the number of clients you work with.
• Receive prompt payment within 24 hours after lessons.
