Income Recovery Assistant

Agile Hybrid Homeworking with office base in Norwich. Part time, 18 hours per week (Tuesday to Thursday). Starting Salary at £13,148 per annum (pro rata) with future progression opportunities to £13,987 (pro rata). 12 Month Contract.

• Provides administrative support to the Income Recovery Team.
• Assist with maximising rental income and minimising rent loss.
• Manage former tenant arrears balances and collection of outstanding debts owed to Broadland Housing Association.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with a positive and can-do attitude, who is organised and able to prioritise with minimal supervision.

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C / Level
  4) or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
• Understanding of Housing Benefit, Universal Credit and other benefit payments.
• Strong administration background with experience of using Microsoft packages.
• Communicating with internal and external customers.
• Driving licence would be beneficial as travel may be required.
• Ready to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
