About the Role:
- Processing driving assessment records for all new drivers joining the business.
- Monitoring unauthorised use of vehicles – seeing through from start to finish
- Investigating drivers against work streams to ensure compliance
- Ensuring drivers remain compliant by conducting regular checks on (Driving Licences, Vehicle Use, and Assessments etc.)
- Answering calls and handling driver care complaints from start to finish
- Loading and dealing with NIP’s – Notice of Intended Prosecution from the police for speeding fines
- Weekly/monthly reporting on excel
- Preferred Administration experience.
- Desirable knowledge and understanding of fleet processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- PC Literate
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- Preferred attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to organise and prioritise your workload and work independently.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
