The OpportunityAs Customer Lead, Strategic Accounts, you will work with senior leaders and Store Operations teams across EMEA to help them get full value from Quorso. You will guide them through discovery, onboarding and adoption, and act as their trusted point of contact for solving problems and improving operational performance.
You must be business fluent in German. You will use German with senior stakeholders and operational teams, so you need to be fully confident communicating in German in a professional setting. We are also giving priority to candidates with consulting experience in retail strategy or transformation.
You will work with Sales, Marketing and Product to give customers a clear and consistent experience from first engagement through to day‑to‑day delivery.
What you will do- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and operational teams
- Lead discovery and scoping for new use cases
- Oversee data onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers
- Manage deployment and adoption across large and complex organisations
- Track engagement and drive actions that improve performance
Produce insights and recommendations that support customer decisions - Share customer input with product and marketing teams
- Spot growth opportunities within accounts and support Sales as needed
- Business fluent German
- Consulting experience in retail strategy or transformation, or experience in retail operations or programme management at a leading retailer
- The ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
- A practical approach and comfort taking ownership
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to align different groups
- Experience managing multiple complex projects at the same time
- Confidence working with large datasets and using tools such as Excel or Alteryx or SQL
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Drive, ownership and a growth mindset
