Role summaryIn this role, you will spearhead the expansion of the sales of our UK solutions portfolio and elevate our market presence. You’ll collaborate with our high-performing Digital Solutions team, engage directly with senior client leaders, and influence and shape their strategic technology and digitisation decisions. We’re looking for a business development professional with the credibility, ambition, and expertise to deliver results and grow our business.

- Lead the acquisition of new business opportunities across UK, focusing on Microsoft Services. (60% New Logo / 40% Cross Selling within existing accounts)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client business needs and tailor solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Generating technology roadmaps with clients underpinned by Microsoft Service and Applications
- Generating proposals encapsulating business requirements with a corresponding solution and cost
- Stay up to date with Microsoft innovations and educate clients on new features and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams within Littlefish UK and Storm Technology including Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, Practice Directors, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Support the establishment and positioning of Littlefish Digital Solutions as a leader in the Microsoft technology consulting space through active networking, industry event engagement as required.
- Tap into existing relationships within and outside Storm Technology to identify new business opportunities, potential collaborations and areas for growth
This is a Business Development and growth role, so the following are essential:
- Deep understanding and experience delivering or selling the Microsoft Solutions and Services, thorough and up-to-date knowledge and sectoral experience. Broad technology industry understanding and commitment to on-going learning
- Exceptional customer relationship development and influencing skills at a senior level, establishes credibility in any setting, Skilled at influencing and negotiating with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Proven track record of exceeding OTE in a Sales role. Business development mindset and natural interest and drive for sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise, strategic accounts.
- Ability to analyse business challenges and leverage develop tailored solution, ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
- Strong expertise in sales techniques, including deal origination, lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and performance metrics to drive account strategy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communications skills
