Business Analyst – 6‑Month Fixed Term Contract

This is a rare, hands‑on opportunity to shape how two leading brands come together in our integration. We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst on a 6‑month FTC to support the integration of Direct Line into Solus. • From discovery to adoption: Be involved end‑to‑end—requirements, testing, rollout and embedding.

• Capture and translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps and user stories.
• Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities across people, processes and systems.
• Recommend options that balance value, feasibility, customer impact and operational risk.
• Prioritise the right issues at the right time to support delivery timelines.
• Assess impacts across Solus and the wider Aviva ecosystem; surface dependencies early.
• Shape UAT and test scenarios to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
• Support rollout and adoption so changes land smoothly for colleagues and customers.

• Strong understanding of operational workflows and end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering (workshops, interviews, process mapping) and documenting user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Confidence assessing impact, feasibility and risk; familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery.
• UAT know‑how and the ability to define meaningful test scenarios.
• Clear, inclusive communication that builds shared understanding and alignment.
