Site Quantity Surveyor

Site Quantity Surveyor - Demolition

DCS currently require an experienced Site based Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic construction management team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex demolition projects within a professional environment.

• Minimum 5 year's experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Proven experience with NEC4 contracts
• Demolition or heavy civil engineering experience preferred
• Strong commercial and site management capability

• Commercial management of site-based demolition projects
• Administration of NEC4 contracts
• Preparation, submission, and agreement of interim valuations
• Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Assessment and management of compensation events and variations
• Subcontract procurement, valuation, and final account settlement
• Cost control, risk management, and value engineering
• Liaison with site teams, clients, and commercial stakeholders

• Site-based position
• Fixed-term contract
