• Develop exciting new concepts from concept to launch in the categories of cupcakes, small cakes, sheet cakes and celebration cakes.
• Work closely with technical, and production teams to bring your creations to life.
• Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and compliance.
• Stay ahead of trends and deliver innovation that delights customers.
• Be instrumental in the trial and launch process.

• Experience in food product development (bakery or confectionery preferred). Creative flair with strong technical knowledge.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who loves turning ideas into reality.
• Confident in a customer facing role.
• Great IT skills, especially Excell.
