Monday to Friday with an OTE of £40,000

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable main dealer in the Crawley area, for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy and customer-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in the automotive industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

• Welcoming customers and handling service enquiries
• Booking in vehicles and managing workshop schedules
• Providing clear and accurate updates on vehicle progress
• Upselling additional services where appropriate
• Ensuring a high standard of customer care at all times

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment is essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Strong customer service focus

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

• On-target earnings of around £40,000
• 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Onsite parking
