Education Supply Pool are a PAYE employer looking for Secondary School Teachers on behalf of a few comprehensive schools for the Cardiff area. We at ESP are looking for a Secondary School Teacher who is passionate about working with young people. These roles demand enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. We need a candidate who is willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success.

• A minimum pay rate of Secondary School Teachers is at least M1 (Currently £172.98 per day on approval to the new framework).
• A variety of daily, short‑term, and long‑term positions to suit your needs.
• A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies.
• A dedicated account manager with a background in teaching.
• A£125 recommend a friend scheme (T&C’s apply).
• Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.

• Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education.
• Have experience of teaching within the UK.
• Be able to set high standards.
• Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
• Plan innovative and creative lessons.
• Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum.

We are a preferred supplier on the Welsh Government’s National Teacher Framework offering day‑to‑day and long‑term positions throughout the school year. We offer a range of placements that can work around your schedule.
