With September on the horizon, this is a great opportunity for us to showcase your abilities to local Primary schools. As one of our valued Teaching Assistants, you will play a key role in the maintenance and management of the classroom.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis, as well as assist in a more general capacity.

Type of work:
Carry out professional duties, responsible for group support/1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, small group work, reading, forest school opportunities, support class teacher in delivering lessons

Start Date:

September - assignments on-going

Rate of pay :
Minimum 87.96 per day

Hours:

08:30 - 16:00

Desirable:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
• Experience of working in Primary Schools
• Experience of inclusive classroom practice
• An understanding/awareness of supporting SEND requirements
• Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Drives (not essential)

• Hold right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
