Ideal for those with strong behaviour management and experience working with young people.

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the teacher's absence
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
• Use initiative to manage the classroom and support pupils
• Provide a calm, positive presence to keep learning on track

• Experience working with children or young people
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Confidence leading a classroom and adapting to different subjects
• Reliable, professional, and committed to pupil progress
