RoleSummary
In the role of Facilitator, you'll predominantly be based at the engineering centre with a focus on preparation and overseeing the end point assessment process and ensuring equipment is prepared for commercial delivery. Your key responsibilities include ensuring the safe, efficient, and organised operation of the workshop, supporting students and staff in delivering high‑quality practical training.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain tools and equipment, monitor stock levels, and prepare the workshop for sessions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise students during practical tasks and support lecturers with demonstrations.
- Assist in apprenticeship assessments while maintaining a clean, professional, and industry‑standard learning environment.
