OverviewTo assist with the delivery of Educational Psychology Services to children and their families, with a particular focus on children aged 0-4 years, and to provide psychological services to families, early years settings, local communities and other agencies.
Responsibilities- Work in consultation with a range of professionals to develop intervention strategies that will enhance the quality of children and families’ lives, learning and well‑being.
- Support the assessment process and intervention with children, their families, and collaboratively work with professionals to suggest interventions that bring about change.
- Deliver and support the development of an effective and innovative Early Years Model of Service Delivery, including direct consultation and intervention, group consultation and training under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Flying Start Specialist EP as requested.
- Provide day‑to‑day operations, professional supervision and CPD under the supervision of the Senior EP.
