Lead Tutor, Engagement & Wellbeing Provision

Salary: Grade 7 - £32,061 - £35,412 pro rata

Location: Pembrokeshire Bridging Hub and Pembrokeshire Schools

Contract: 1‑Year Fixed Term

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Tutor to take responsibility for leading our new Support Hub for children and young people struggling with anxiety, EBSA, or school non‑attendance in Pembrokeshire.

This exciting role will involve leading the day to day running of the hub, overseeing delivery, and supervising a HLTA. The Lead Tutor will deliver personalised programmes that build confidence, life skills, and social development, while working closely with schools, families, and partners to support reintegration wherever possible.

• Lead the day‑to‑day running of the Bridging Hub.
• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery and supervise a HLTA.
• Design, deliver, and monitor tailored 1:1 and group interventions.
• Build confidence, life skills, and social development for young people.
• Work closely with schools, families, and partners to support reintegration.

• Strong experience supporting learners with anxiety, EBSA, or additional needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, flexible approach.
• Confidence in designing and delivering tailored 1:1 and group interventions, and monitoring progress.
