Contract: Permanent

Contract Type: Part Time

Hours: 27.5

Start Date: TBC

Contract Details: Term-time, Band D £25,583 to £25,989 per annum (£16,527.88 to £16,790.19 per annum pro rata)

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work within the Academy's SEMH provision.

Our 3 - 11 Primary Academy is part of a Multi-Academy Trust consisting of four Primary Academies and three Secondary Academies, with all the Academies providing quality education and working collaboratively with multi-agencies to secure excellence in all aspects of its work.

We are seeing to appoint a suitably qualified, ambitious and talented professional to support in the day to day provision of the integrated resource at Maltby Manor Academy.

The ideal candidate will
:

  • Be an excellent professional with high expectations of all learners and staff within the team;
  • Be a team player and work closely with teachers and other staff in the Academy to develop and implement effective strategies to break down barriers and maximise achievement;
  • Committed to partnership working with external agencies;
  • Have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
