Pastoral Refocus Room Lead

SEAHAVEN ACADEMY is seeking a committed Refocus Room Manager to foster student success in a supportive environment. This position requires close collaboration with the Vice Principal and the pastoral team to manage and uphold behaviour standards.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Refocus Room, ensuring high expectations of student engagement, and collaborating with teaching staff to support curriculum goals. This role also involves building strong relationships with parents and maintaining accurate student records to facilitate successful reintegration into learning.
