Aspire People is recruiting an experienced construction professional or qualified lecturer to deliver high‑quality teaching across Multi Trades programmes in South Wales. You will support learners in acquiring practical skills, qualifications and progressing to employment.
Start date:
September 2026;
Salary: £40‑£45 per hour. Responsibilities include planning practical workshops, evaluating progress, providing feedback and supporting learners as a personal tutor.
