Salary: Grade 6 - £28,142 - £31,022 pro rata

Grade 6 - £28,142 for 35 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £23,383.83 pro rata

Fixed Term until September 2028. St Mark's VA School is seeking an enthusiastic, caring and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to lead our exciting new Nurture Provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a nurturing, inclusive environment where children can develop confidence, resilience and a love of learning.

As the lead for our Nurture Provision, you will work closely with pupils, families and staff to provide targeted support for children who may benefit from additional emotional, social or behavioural guidance. You will help create a welcoming space where children feel understood, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone who:
Is a HLTA or experienced support professional with a passion for inclusion and pupil wellbeing. Has a strong understanding of children's social, emotional and mental health needs. Can build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. Is proactive, organised and able to work independently. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is committed to helping every child overcome barriers and flourish.
