Reporting to a senior member of the SLT and in liaison with teaching staff, you will help promote learner well-being and progress by providing first-line pastoral support and helping maintain good order within the school.
You will manage a caseload of learners, deliver attendance and behavioural support, and act as a strategic link between the school, external agencies, and parents
