• Leading classes during teacher absences across a variety of subjects
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring learning remains on track
• Maintaining positive behaviour and promoting engagement in the classroom
• Supporting pupils throughout their learning activities
• Working flexibly across a range of secondary schools throughout Merthyr Tydfil

• Have experience working with children or young people in any capacity
• Are confident managing groups and building positive relationships
• Possess strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Can think on their feet and adapt to different school environments
• Have a genuine passion for supporting young people and education
