The school promotes high expectations and encourages students to develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Maths Teacher on a full-time, long-term temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, assessing student progress, managing classroom behaviour and supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status / QTS with a Maths specialism (NQTs are welcome to apply)

Experience teaching Maths across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4

Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

Strong communication and organisational skills

A confident, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching
