Overview
Role: Finance Business Partner
Based: London Road Campus
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000pa (depending on experience)
Hours: 35hrs per week
YMCA Derbyshire is looking for a confident, people-focused Finance Business Partner who can turn numbers into clarity, insight and impact.
If you love working with people just as much as working with budgets and you can influence, guide and explain financial information in a clear, human way, this could be your ideal next step.
What you'll do- Be the go-to finance expert for Directors and Senior Leaders
- Turn data into meaningful insight, not just reports
- Lead budgets, forecasting and business planning
- Improve how we report, communicate and understand finance
- Support strategic projects, growth and decision-making
- Build strong relationships across the organisation
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
