1 finance rolereporting directly to a highly commercial and driven Managing Director.

This is a key leadership position for a senior finance professional who wants to operate at the heart of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business and play a critical role in shaping its next phase of growth.

As Head of Finance, you will take full ownership of the finance function and act as a trusted commercial partner to the MD and wider leadership team. You will be responsible for both strategic and operational finance, driving performance, insight and decision-making across the business.

• Leading the overall financial strategy of the business
• Providing commercial insight to support growth and profitability
• Budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Cashflow management and working capital optimisation
• Developing financial systems, reporting and controls
• Leading, mentoring and building a high-performing finance team
• Supporting international operations and expansion plans

You are likely to be:

• A current or aspiring
  
  Head of Finance / Finance Director
• Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Experienced within
  
  FMCG, retail, distribution or a similar commercial sector
• Commercially minded with strong business partnering skills
• Comfortable operating as a No.1 finance lead in an entrepreneurial setting
• Ambitious, proactive and confident influencing senior stakeholders
