• Proven experience in a financial management role, ideally within a multinational organisation.
• Strong knowledge of German tax regulations, including VAT compliance.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Exceptional skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
