Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is recruiting a Governance and Finance Officer to support the Operational Coordinator and develop, implement and maintain all processes required for the Connect to Work grant.
The role involves working across Southeast Wales Local Authorities to establish systems during the first year and to maintain links with the Department for Work and Pensions and Cardiff City Council as the lead accountable body, throughout the programme.
