Integrated Healthcare Manager – Urology (South West & South Wales)
Full‑time, permanent position at Accord Healthcare site in the UK field‑based, with regular travel.

The RoleWe’re seeking a professional and strategic Integrated Healthcare Manager to partner with local Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across the full healthcare system, delivering evidence‑based value propositions to drive awareness and adoption of our Urology portfolio in alignment with industry standards and organisational requirements.
Taking full responsibility for your territory (including budget and resource management), you’ll develop a portfolio by building relationships with primary and secondary care decision makers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to add value to the local health economy through tailored educational meetings and collaborative projects that align system, patient and Accord priorities.
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our Urology portfolio, analyse market data, map stakeholders, and create strategic account plans to maximise sales and market access. You’ll communicate scientific data through one‑to‑one interactions, speaker meetings, and educational events. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and others—you will share learnings, maintain product knowledge, and support marketing initiatives to shape commercial objectives.
The Person- Significant experience in branded pharmaceutical sales or KAM roles within Urology or Oncology in hospital settings.
- Experience across the full healthcare system, with a comprehensive understanding of the NHS landscape and funding flows.
- Ability to map and understand key stakeholders’ roles in decision‑making and funding of medicines.
- Experience optimizing formulary pull‑through through collaborative projects aligned to system priorities.
- Established relationships with system‑wide clinical decision makers, including Urology CRG Leads and GP Clinical Directors.
- Strong KOL development and educational meeting planning experience.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen; adept at cross‑functional collaboration and creative account planning.
- Excellent communication skills, confident building relationships at all levels, and adept at influencing and persuasion.
- Good project management skills, able to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding and qualification in ABPI code and UK compliance frameworks.
- Degree‑level qualification in life science or business‑related subject is beneficial.
