We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Leisure Centre in Louth , a thriving facility dedicated to health, fitness and community wellbeing.

In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of our leisure facility, ensuring a safe, high-quality experience for customers and staff alike. Delivering exceptional customer service to ensuring health & safety compliance and operational excellence, you’ll play a key role in keeping our centre running smoothly.

• Experience: 3+ years in a swimming pool or sports centre environment, with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of health & safety, facility cleanliness, and integrated management systems.
• Technical: Computer literate with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively.
• Qualifications: RLSS NPLQ, CIMSPA/IOS National Pool Plant Operator’s Certificate, HSE-recognised First Aid at Work or willingness to work towards.
• Availability: evening work, weekends, and bank holidays.
