Suppleo Healthcare are currently working with a national children's and younger adults provider and are currently looking for a registered children's home manager to help run a small unit in Swansea

We are seeking a positive, dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to oversee accommodation, care and support for Children in Looked After Care aged 11-17 years old.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming lives, demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a commitment to ensuring the safety and well‑being of all children and staff in your care. This role involves working closely to our Statement of Purpose and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements whilst creating a life changing environment for our young people.
