Abacare is seeking care assistants to support clients in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medications.
You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework to keep clients independent prior social care experience is required; we value compassion and the ability to care.
