Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is seeking a Community Employment Specialist Mentor to provide intensive one-to-one support to participants with disabilities, health conditions and complex barriers under the Connect to Work programme. You will develop and implement action plans, address barriers to employment, develop employability skills, and secure employment while actively promoting the programme to stakeholders, including health-related services.
Welsh language ability is desirable.
