Senior Recruitment Consultant – Public Sector Temp Labour

Location: Altrincham

Salary: £30,000 + Commission (Up to 40%)

The Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing our temporary labour desk, focused on the public sector. Working with existing framework agreements and utilising neutral vendor platforms, you will be sourcing, placing, and managing temporary workers across a range of sectors, including local government, healthcare, and education.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for temporary placements within public sector organisations.
  • Leveraging existing framework agreements and neutral vendor systems to fulfil client needs efficiently.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple sectors.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within framework parameters.
  • Ensuring compliance with public sector hiring protocols and regulations.
  • Hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly performance targets – with excellent commission potential.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment role, preferably with public sector or temp labour experience.
  • Proven success working with framework agreements and/or neutral vendor platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
