Aboutthe role
As an Application Operations Engineer, you manage a comprehensive suite of applications, ensuring they operate effectively for end users. You are tasked with deploying updates, coordinating changes and working with delivery teams on the launch of new features across the Crown Prosecution Service. You oversee the administration of key application portfolios, whilst offering mentorship and direction to junior engineers.
About youWe’re looking for someone competent in the use of management system software and diagnostic tools, with the ability to configure, install, and reconfigure applications, including performance optimisation and resource forecasting. Experience with ITIL and scripting programs, such as Power Shell, is desirable but not essential.
