Principal Dev Ops Engineer to help evolve its infrastructure, automation, and reliability as the company continues to grow rapidly.

Work across a sophisticated AWS + Kubernetes environment powering thousands of customers, with the autonomy to solve meaningful engineering challenges.

Help build and refine the tooling and automation that enable safe, reliable deployments multiple times per day
, working closely with developers to keep systems secure and scalable.

Short feedback loops, continuous improvement, and value over process — plus close collaboration with product, design, data, marketing, and sales.

Security woven into everything

Contribute to strengthening detection, response, and the overall security posture of a mission‑critical, customer‑facing platform.

• 5+ years in Dev Ops / platform engineering
• Experience running production workloads on Kubernetes
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Ideally, experience supporting a multi‑tenant SaaS product in production
• Bonus: .NET/C#, and strong knowledge of observability and alerting
