- Infrastructure Oversight: Directingthehealthandmaintenanceofservers,hardware,andnetworkconnectivity.
- Cloud&Data Admin: Fulladministrationof Microsoft
365,datastoragesolutions,andrigorousbackup/recoveryprotocols. - Technical Support: Actingasthesoleexpertforinternalstaff,handlingeverythingfrombasicqueriestocomplexsecond-lineissues.
- Security&Compliance: Enforcingstrictcybersecuritymeasures,includingendpointprotection,patchmanagement,andauditreadinessforregulatedstandards.
- Asset Management: Overseeingthefulllifecycleof
IT equipment,frominitialprocurementandonboardingtodocumentationandoffboarding.
Background: Youshouldhaveasolidtrackrecordinaseniorsupportor
ITleadershipcapacity.
Technical Stack: Deepfamiliaritywith Microsoftecosystemsandastronggraspofmodernnetworkingandsecurity.
Industry
Experience:
Whilenotmandatory,experiencewithinengineeringorotherhighlyregulatedsectorsisamajorplus.
Soft Skills: Youmustbeabletotranslatecomplextechnicalconceptsintoclearadvicefornon-technicalteammembers.
