- Have a strong focus on data in their previous roles.
- Be experienced in bringing data together and working with it meaningfully.
- Ideally have exposure to AI and machine learning (though not essential).
- Possess some technical background—understanding databases, possibly with development experience.
- Be familiar with Oracle tools, ERP systems.
- Be capable of quickly picking up technology and learning on the job.
