Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Head of Maintenance to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment at their care home. You'll engage in a variety of tasks, from fixing leaks to managing grounds. The role requires hands-on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, and good IT literacy.
Your primary goal will be the wellbeing of residents, supporting the General Manager with budgeting and leading a maintenance team. A UK driving licence is essential.
