. Permanent role, 15 hours per week, salary £10,452.00 per annum plus benefits.

Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 10:00.

• Manage standards to meet contractual obligations.
• Support self‑auditing and stock management/ordering.
• Deliver toolbox talks.
• Lead and motivate the cleaning team to maximise their potential.
• Perform cleaning duties.
• Organise cover for sickness and annual leave.
• Ensure all company policies are followed.

• Create a positive working environment encouraging development and maximising the potential of team members.
• Lead by example and act as a hands‑on trainer to maintain cleaning methodologies in accordance with the contract.
• Serve as an exemplar for company values and behaviours.
• Recognise and action performance, both positive and poor.

Part of the role requires BPSS level vetting, including DBS clearance. Ability to pass this clearance is essential.

BPSS checks include:

• Identity verification (passport, photo , birth certificate, etc.)
• Employment history (past 3 years).
• Right to work status in the UK.
• Unspent criminal record disclosure.
• Significant periods abroad (6+ months in the past 3 years).

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Previous supervisory experience (essential).
• Ideally BICS trained.
• Experience in a leading role.
• Excellent understanding of cleaning processes, materials, and equipment.
