Elysium Healthcare is seeking a proactive Support Services Manager for Cefn Carnau in Caerphilly, South Wales. You will lead maintenance across the site, coordinate contractors and ensure a safe, fully functioning environment for residents and staff.
The role includes audits, planning PPMS and reporting to the Senior Management Team. Ideal candidates will have hands-on building/maintenance experience, strong safety knowledge, and a track record of managing teams.
