Fire & Security Role:
Are you a Service Manager working with fire and security service and maintenance operations
?

- CSCS or ECS card (desirable)
- Experience using Cash4
Windows, Joblogic or equivalent systems (desirable) - Experience producing Profit and Loss reports (desirable)
- Experience achieving SLAs and implementing improvement solutions (desirable)
- Manage a team of 12 Engineers and 5 Coordinators
- Oversee service and maintenance delivery through Senior Engineers and Regional Engineering Teams
- Deliver service and maintenance works in line with client expectations and SLAs
- Attend site and client visits, with 60% of work covering Fire Alarms and 40% Security Systems
- Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and conduct regular face-to-face meetings
- Collaborate with Sales and Installation teams to grow service contracts
- Carry out site surveys for service and remedial works and provide quotations
- Proactively manage team performance, attendance, coaching, and development
- Act as escalation point for out-of-hours call-outs
- Support Service Desk targets and job completion performance
- Manage overtime, timesheets, rotas, engineer PDA usage, vehicles, PPE, and stock
- Control commercial performance including gross margins, KPIs, and cost efficiency
- Produce RAMS, deliver toolbox talks, and support NSI and HSE audits
- Ensure compliance with NSI standards, company quality standards, and client SLAs
- Work across office and site locations in the UK, with regular travel and occasional travel to Europe
