We’relooking for a proactive and people-focused
Branch Manager
to lead one of our dynamic branch teams on a 12-month fixed term contract. Ifyou’repassionate about delivering exceptional customer service, developingothersand making an impact in your local area - this could be the perfect role for you.

Whatyou’llbe doing:

  • Provide inspirational leadership and direction to your branch team.
  • Build strong working relationships and foster a culture of support and collaboration.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to perform at their best and grow in their roles.
  • Deliver results in line with strategic business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure the branch plays an active and valued role within the local community.
  • Understand customer needs and support them in finding the right financial solutions.
  • Lead from the front - supporting customers face to face, over the phone and through digital channels.
  • Plan proactively, adapt quickly and always put the customer first.

Whatwe’relooking for:

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally within a customer-facing environment.
  • A strong communicator who can inspire,coachand develop a high-performing team.
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities whilemaintaininghigh standards.
  • Confidence navigating both people leadership and operational responsibilities.
  • Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) regulatory and compliance standards in financial services.
