Pipe Welder

are representing a well-established engineering firm in their search for a Pipe Welder to work in Deeside.

Welding thin wall stainless steel pipes up to 48 inches. Following engineering drawings to fit pre-fabricated pipes and applying butt welds up to 48 inches. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds on thin wall pipework.

• Pay: £29 CIS per hour
• Hours of Work: 12-day working fortnight (12 on, 2 off), 7:00 to 17:00
• Duration:
  Temporary, 4 to 5 months
• Experience in a similar environment
• Ability to read engineering drawings

• City & Guilds/NVQ in pipe welding
• CCNSG / CSCS card

• Digs available - £45 per night

Working from engineering drawings to fabricate a range of products using TIG and MIG welding on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Operating workshop machinery and performing fabrication work both in the workshop and on site, including installation and maintenance. Involves light and heavy fabrication, with occasional shutdown work.

• Pay: up to £24.00 per hour
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm / Friday 8am - 3.30pm
• Duration:
  Temporary to Permanent
• Overtime: OT available at x1.5 & x2
• Experience with TIG welding and workshop fabrication

• Previous or current coding beneficial

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication
