Vienna Bakery is a long-established, family-run craft bakery, producing fresh bread, pastries, and cakes daily for customers across the island. We combine traditional methods with modern techniques. We are looking for an experienced craft baker to join our day shift team.

We produce a wide range of handcrafted products, from English loaves and burger rolls to European speciality breads and viennoiserie, with a strong focus on quality and consistency.

A hands‑on position covering the full baking process—mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking—working as part of a skilled, supportive team.
