Accommodation is available during shifts at our local print house.

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines
• Produce printed materials to required quality and specification standards
• Carry out quality checks throughout print
• Adjust machine settings to optimise efficiency and minimise waste
• Complete job changeovers efficiently
• Perform basic maintenance and maintain equipment cleanliness
• Work in line with safety, quality and production procedures

• Experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Experience with automated processes (printing experience essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good attendance and timekeeping
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shift patterns
• Knowledge of 5S, TPM, Kaizen or Kanban (desirable)
