About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the production process by operating machinery, maintaining product quality, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor production machinery (full training provided).
• Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
• Identify and resolve minor machine faults where possible.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Follow all company procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work safely at all times, maintaining high Health & Safety standards.
• Support colleagues within the production and automation areas.
• Help maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Assist in other production areas as required.
