Marshall's Land Systems is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead in South Wales for a 6-month assignment with a view to permanent placement. The role requires on-site work for four days a week with one day remote, paying £40–£50 per hour (umbrella; PAYE options available).
The successful candidate will deliver improvement projects, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive standardisation across the programme, aligning with manufacturing best practices and significant cost savings targets.
