Clinical Lead Nurse

Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join a dedicated nurse and care team in the Bridgend area. This is a really lovely opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care while supporting and developing a high-performing clinical team. You will join an established, long-standing nurse and care team and an experienced, personable Home Manager.

As the Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing are maintained at all times.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
• Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role within a nursing home setting
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Has excellent understanding of clinical governance and care regulations
