Manpower is recruiting an experienced Barista on behalf of our public sector client to work within a busy coffee shop. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of the unit.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees and teas.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
Operate the till and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.
Restock supplies and assist with deliveries when required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar coffee shop or café role is essential.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly across early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player.

Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (we can support you with this)
