• Ordering, preparation, cooking and service of meals in accordance with all legislative requirements and good practice as set out in the Catering Contract.
• Organisation, supervision and training of catering staff to provide a quality service to customers in a safe working environment.
• Compliance with all administrative and financial procedures set out in the Contract specification.

• A valid Level II hygiene certificate.
• Subject to an enhanced DBS check.
• Completion of the 10‑hour online Work Welsh Course (parts 1 and
  2) and provision of evidence prior to starting work.
• Ability to speak Welsh desirable.
• Grade 2 SCP 6 salary: £25,989 per annum pro‑rata (£15,356 per annum).
