** Responsibilities:
** As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and lead in various departments within our restaurant:

** Kitchen Department:**- Execute inventory management, ensuring optimal food cost and profitability
- Maintain quality assurance standards
2.
** Hospitality Department:**- Oversee local store merchandising
- Be a great community partner
- Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction

** Technology Department:**- Keep all equipment in working order
- Oversee a team for troubleshooting technology issues in the day-to-day operating environment

** People Department:**- Oversee our most important asset—people!
- In charge of hiring, orientation, and training processes
** Requirements:**- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fast-food industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
